Bart./Reproduced in stained glass for 'St Martins'/Church, Brighouse, Yorks. by Morris & Company,/Merton Abbey Works, Surrey, in the year 1896.'

Cartoons for lights at the east end of the north aisle in the church of St Martin, Brighouse, Yorkshire. The present two subjects form the middle panels of the lancets which were added in 1897.

They are mentioned in his account books (now in the Fitzwilliam Museum) and are painted in BJ's 'late abstract style' which appealed to artists like Picasso and Wyndham Lewis.
