I like this. It looks as if she reminisces the times of Liotard and Watteau...yet the frontally depicted statuary torso with again the great details bridges gaps of eons and cultures. Then to look at the picture without such reflections again: a waitress ready to serve you something and maybe looking out of the window for a moment...

I suspect that the artist hoped such neat, tidy demure waitresses realy did exist!
