Arthur Herbert Buckland - Spring, 1896
A painter of romantic landscape subjects, genre, portraits & illutrations. Born in Taunton, he studied art at the Academie Julian in Paris. He exhibited at the RA from 1895-1927 & also at the RI, ROI, RBA & Paris Salon.
