Wow I didn't think it was possible to make the peacock any more beautiful, but you did! I would love to have a window like that in my dream home. This is why I tend to spend my days in churches with stained glass windows :)
I think that if an artist was going to specialise in brilliant colours and stunning glass materials, he may as well choose a theme that shows it all off. A peacock in full display mode was god's gift to Tiffany. If I hadn't seen peacocks myself, I would have thought they were mythical creatures.
