  1. Just thought I'd mention that the most glorious display of art I've ever seen to this day was a Burne-Jones retrospective at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. It made my heart leap up! And the Burne-Jones and Wm. Morris collaborations - tiles, stained glass, tapestries - were among the most beautiful things in the exhibit. Thanks again for your lovely blog.

  2. Thank you. They were a fascinating team. So different in personality (I actually prefer Morris) but somehow it worked and produced some of the best art in the world.
