    But this isn't quite pre-raphaelite is it? It's really interesting. I've not seen it before.

    It's a pre-raphaelite face with un-pre-raphaelite colours and angles.

    . . . a cross over with . . . um . . . what came after this, Hermes?

    P.S. I really do very much like this but it seems more like an angel in agony than Arthur.

  2. It struck me as very moderrnist in many ways, especially the angle of the head. I think it s the theme that makes it PR - they were obsessed with Medieval subjects. I wouldn't have guessed this was a BJ I must say.
