The dress around her feet is intriguing; it is as though she is standing in a pool of water.

The colouring and style of this work also reminds me of Arthur Rackham's fairytale illustrations.

It's so beautiful - the first time I've ever seen it.

I agree that dress is extroadinary. Its a print in the V&A.

At the Golden Globes this year, a lot of the dresses reminded me of this one. Not at the neck but at the feet. Sort of looks like a mermaid or sea nymph.
