Vanity? In a young, healthy and attractive woman, I would simply call it good grooming. I love the way the floor leapt off the background and pinned itself into her hair. And the jewellery is ready to go on.
She is lovely. PS I am very partial to red heads, especially Pre-Raphaelite red heads.
